The Tiverton Swimming Pool Trust was founded by Sir John Amory and Viscount Amory of Tiverton in 1966 for the healthy recreation of the inhabitants of the Old Borough of Tiverton.
By a scheme dated 10 July 2007, 5 trustees were appointed and the name changed to the Tiverton Recreational Trust (Registered Charity no 300989)
The Tiverton Recreational Trust provides limited financial assistance for individuals to develop their involvement in sporting or recreational activity.
Applicants must reside within the old Tiverton Borough boundary, that is roughly Post Hill to Bickleigh to Withleigh to Cove to Post Hill.
